SMOOTHSTAR 31" FiLIPE TOLEDO #77 SURFSKATE COMPLETE

The 31′′ Toledo #77 model is suited to teenage to adult surfers 5”4’ – 5”10’ (162cm – 177cm) in height. It is the signature model of 2022 World Champion Filipe Toledo. The 31” model is a smaller model of the 32.5” Toledo #77 model as it gives smaller riders the ability to ride Filipe’s model

The 31” model has medium wheels on the front and back which are suited to lighter riders. Filipe loved the idea of a black simplistic design. Together we worked on a mixture of black matt and black gloss which looks awesome.

Details

The 31” Toledo #77 is the newest SmoothStar model for our team rider and 2022 World Champion Filipe Toledo. Filipe was specific in the design process…and we delivered. The Toledo 31″ is a smaller cut down version of his 32.5" model. This enables smaller and lighter riders to enjoy riding the #77 Toledo model. The matt black deck with his #77 in gloss is what Filipe wanted.

The board setup

The 31" model has a flatter concave compared with the 32.5" model. The flatter deck provide a faster rail-to-rail sensation and is excellent to generate speed. It has a wider than normal kick tail so your toes don't hand off the edge of the deck - this gives the rider the ability to push harder off the back foot.
